Products and orders

We work hard to keep descriptions, images and specifications accurate. Colour, finish and apparent brightness can vary with your screen, your room and your choice of bulb. Natural materials — wood, rattan, stone, travertine — vary from piece to piece by nature.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where an item was listed at an incorrect price or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you receive a full refund.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are those in effect when you order. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed.

Customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged in your country are your responsibility.

Shipping

Orders ship in line with our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with customs processing, carrier delays and circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds

Refunds, returns and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Installation and safety

Many of our fixtures are hardwired and must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical regulations. Please check voltage compatibility and IP rating before installing, particularly outdoors or in bathrooms. We're not liable for damage, injury or loss arising from incorrect installation, unsuitable voltage, or use of a fixture outside its rated environment.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with its operation, or copy our content at scale.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — images, logos, text, graphics, product photography and branding — belongs to OREVIO ECOM FZC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OREVIO ECOM FZC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or products bought through it. Our total liability for any order won't exceed what you paid for it.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that can't lawfully be limited. If you're a consumer, these terms don't affect your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Consumers resident in the EU or UK keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of their country of residence.
